١. حذف سجلّ الفحوصات وحده (مع الاحتفاظ بحسابك)1. Delete your scan history only (keep your account)

1. افتح تطبيق صيّاد وسجّل الدخول.Open the Sayyad app and sign in.
2. افتح تبويب «السجل».Open the History tab.
3. اضغط «احذف كل السجل» — أو «احذف هذا الفحص» لحذف فحصٍ واحد.Tap “Delete all history” — or “Delete this scan” to remove a single one.
4. أكّد. يُحذف فوراً، ويبقى حسابك كما هو.Confirm. It is deleted immediately, and your account stays as it is.

سجلّ الفحوصات مُعطَّل افتراضياً؛ إن لم تُفعّله فلا يوجد سجلٌّ لتحذفه.Scan history is off by default; if you never switched it on, there is no history to delete.

٢. حذف حسابك وكل بياناته2. Delete your account and all of its data

1. افتح تطبيق صيّاد وسجّل الدخول.Open the Sayyad app and sign in.
2. اذهب إلى «الإعدادات» ← «حذف الحساب».Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. أكّد بالرمز الذي يصل إلى بريدك.Confirm with the code sent to your email.
4. تبدأ مهلة ٤٨ ساعة يمكنك خلالها التراجع. بعدها يُحذف نهائياً.A 48-hour window begins in which you can cancel. After that it is permanent.

لا تستطيع الوصول إلى التطبيق؟ راسلنا على privacy@sayyad.ae من البريد نفسه المسجَّل في حسابك، ونتولّى الحذف.Cannot get into the app? Email privacy@sayyad.ae from the address on your account and we will action the deletion for you.

٣. ما الذي يُحذَف، وما الذي يبقى، وإلى متى3. What is deleted, what is kept, and for how long

يُحذَف:Deleted:

• سجلّ الفحوصات — فوراً عند حذفه، أو مع حذف الحساب.Scan history — immediately when you delete it, or with the account.
• حسابك وملفك الشخصي — خلال ٤٨ ساعة من التأكيد، وبحدٍّ أقصى ٣٠ يوماً.Your account and profile — within 48 hours of confirming, and no later than 30 days.
• نتائجك المنشورة في لوحة الصدارة — تُحذف حذفاً كاملاً، لا تُجهَّل فقط.Your published leaderboard results — deleted outright, not merely stripped of your name.
• رمز إشعارات جهازك، وسجلّ أحداث الفحص، ودعوات الحماية العائلية التي أنشأتها — تُزال مع الحساب.Your device push token, your scan-event records, and any Guardian invites you created — removed with the account.

يبقى، ولا نستطيع حذفه:Kept, and we cannot delete it:

• بلاغات المجتمع عن الروابط — غير مرتبطة بحسابك أصلاً، فلا نستطيع التعرّف على بلاغاتك لنحذفها. تبقى في فهرسٍ يُحسّن دقّة الفحص للجميع.Community link reports — never linked to your account, so we cannot identify yours in order to delete them. They remain in an index that improves scan accuracy for everyone.
• عدّادات حدّ الاستخدام المرتبطة بعنوان الاتصال — وهي بصمة مُملَّحة للعنوان، لا تحمل هويتك ولا تشير إليك. أمّا العدّادات المرتبطة بحسابك فتُحذف معه.Connection-keyed rate-limit counters — a salted fingerprint of an address, carrying no identity and pointing to no one. Counters keyed to your account are deleted with it.

وأثرٌ واحدٌ يصل شخصاً آخر: عند حذف حسابك تنتهي روابط الحماية العائلية — سواء كنت تحمي أحداً أو يحميك أحد — ويُبلَّغ الطرف الآخر بأن الرابط انتهى. نذكره هنا لأنه إشعارٌ يصل غيرك بسبب فعلٍ قمتَ به.And one effect that reaches another person: deleting your account ends any Guardian links — whether you protect someone or someone protects you — and the other person is notified that the link has ended. We say so here because it is a notification reaching someone else as a result of something you did.
