١. ما هو صيّاد1. What Sayyad is

صيّاد أداة مساعِدة تقدّر احتمال أن تكون رسالة أو رابط أو رمز QR احتيالاً. تستخدم قواعد وطبقة ذكاء اصطناعي لتعطيك درجة وحكماً وأسباباً.Sayyad is an assistive tool that estimates whether a message, link or QR code is likely to be a scam. It uses rules and an AI layer to give you a score, a verdict, and the reasons behind it.

النتيجة تقدير لا ضمان. لا نضمن الدقة ولا الاكتمال ولا أن يُكشف أي احتيال بعينه. قد نصنّف رسالة سليمة كمشبوهة، وقد لا نكشف احتيالاً حقيقياً. «آمن» لا تعني أن الرسالة آمنة — تعني أننا لم نجد ما يدين فيها.The result is an estimate, not a guarantee. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any particular scam will be detected. We may flag a legitimate message, and we may miss a real scam. A "safe" result does not mean the message is safe — it means we found nothing incriminating in it.

تحقّق دائماً عبر القنوات الرسمية للجهة قبل أي إجراء مالي أو مشاركة أي بيانات. لا تعتمد على صيّاد وحده.Always verify through the organisation's official channels before taking any financial action or sharing any details. Do not rely on Sayyad alone.

٣. استخدامك للتطبيق3. Your use of the app

• عمرك ١٨ سنة فأكثر.You are 18 or older.
• تستخدم صيّاد لأغراضك الشخصية وللرسائل التي تصلك أو تراها بشكل مشروع.You use Sayyad for your own purposes and for messages you legitimately receive or see.
• لا تستخدمه لإساءة استخدام الخدمة أو التحايل على حدود المعدّل أو محاولة استخراج بياناتنا آلياً.You will not abuse the service, circumvent rate limits, or attempt to scrape our data.

٤. الحماية العائلية4. Guardian Mode

الحماية العائلية اتفاق بين شخصين بالغين. عليك إخبار الشخص الذي تربطه وأن يوافق. التنبيه يحمل أن هذا الشخص قابل شيئاً خطيراً ومتى ونوعه — لا نصّ الرسالة. تفاصيل ما يُرسَل في سياسة الخصوصية، القسم ٦.Guardian Mode is an arrangement between two adults. You must tell the person you link and they must agree. An alert carries that this person encountered something dangerous, when, and what kind — not the message text. What is transmitted is set out in the Privacy Policy, section 6.

٥. التوافر5. Availability

نقدّم الخدمة كما هي وقد نغيّرها أو نوقفها. نسعى لإتاحتها دون انقطاع لكننا لا نضمن ذلك.The service is provided as-is and we may change or discontinue it. We aim for uninterrupted availability but do not guarantee it.

٦. حدود المسؤولية6. Limitation of liability

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة تنشأ عن اعتمادك على نتيجة فحص. القرار في كل حالة قرارك، وهذا هو سبب وجود القسم ٢.To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on a scan result. The decision in every case is yours, which is why Section 2 exists.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
